PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE At Phillips & King, we pride ourselves on offering our customers competitive pricing across our extensive selection of premium cigar products. We are confident that our pricing reflects not only value but also the strength of our partnerships and our commitment to supporting our retailers. To ensure your confidence in every order you place with us, we are proud to offer the Phillips & King Price Match Guarantee . SCOPE Our Price Match Guarantee applies to select SKUs recently reduced in price. A complete list of qualifying SKUs is available at phillipsandking.com/pricematch. This program is limited to comparable items offered by other premium cigar distribution businesses within the United States. ELIGIBILITY To qualify for a price match, customers must provide verifiable proof of the competitor’s lower price. Acceptable forms of documentation include: • An invoice dated within the last 30 days • A published price on a direct distribution competitor’s website The competitive price must be for the identical item , including brand, line, size, quantity, and UPC. EXCLUSIONS The Price Match Guarantee does not apply to: • Promotional pricing (including bundle offers, time-limited deals, or “buy-one-get-one” offers) • Discontinued, close-out, or clearance items • Third-party seller pricing (e.g., marketplaces or resellers not classified as direct distribution businesses) LIMITATIONS Items must be identical to the qualified competitor’s product in every way: brand, line, size, quantity, and UPC. Substitutions, variations, or house brands do not qualify. We reserve the right to verify a competitor’s advertised price and confirm the availability of the item. If Phillips & King is unable to verify the lower price, we may decline the request . We also reserve the right to deny purchases or limit quantities per customer at our discretion. TIMING The price match must be requested at the time of purchase . Retroactive adjustments or post-sale price matching will not be honored.
